Implementation

Integration
We have extensive experience integrating CRM with the range of other business software applications including:

We have a number of utilities that allows us to convert data from a number of different sources including Tracker, ACT, Access and numerous other types of data. Although complete conversion can’t be guaranteed, we can save the time of re-keying data and the pain of working with inaccurate data.

When you require assistance to use or modify CRM or associated software, CRMcentral can provide On-Site, Remote Dial-in or Telephone support.
Report writing
We can use a number of tools including MS SQL Reporting, Crystal Reports, MS Query and Visual Basic to produce easy to use and effective reporting on almost any data within Maximizer.

Training
CRMcentral provides a customised training service to your specific requirements.
